Our Mission
This platform is created for documenting and memorializing victims of the Iran protests. Our goal is to preserve the memory of these individuals and provide a reliable resource for human rights organizations, journalists, and researchers.
Data Sources
Currently, the data for this project is sourced from the following Telegram channel:

Our documentation process includes the following steps:
- Ingestion: Posts from the Telegram channel are automatically collected
- Extraction: Name, date, city, and other information are extracted from text
- Matching: Duplicate records are identified and merged
- Review: Every record is reviewed by a human before publication
- Publication: Verified records are displayed on the website
Important: No record is published without human review.

Based on one source, reviewed by our team
Confirmed by two or more independent sources
Independently verified by external sources (news agencies, human rights organizations)
Limitations
- This project currently uses only one source (Telegram channel)
- There may be errors in the automatic extraction of information
- Some information (such as age or circumstances of death) may not be available
- We are constantly working to improve and complete the data
